Flagship Carwash

Used to be a great car wash with wipe exterior/interior wipe down after going through. Now, drive through yourself and left with soap spots all over. Your car is arguably dirtier after going through. Only thing that worked well was the tire shine.

For the price its wonderful, I did the wipe/down and vacuum myself afterwards and the quality of the clean was well worth the money. The truck I took in had sat under a tree for 2 years. The ultimate exterior wash was good enough, that I only had to wipe the hood and edges of the trim afterwards. In my book thats a 5 star wash for 25 bucks.

The basic level car wash didn’t really do much to clean my car, and it unfortunately left three large and permanent scratches in my windshield glass. I’m guessing there was some metal sticking out of one of the brushes or something because there are three long, parallel scratches that run from the top of my windshield to the bottom.

First time here! My tires are still shining. The machine did miss half my D/S rear tire, but things happen. I would gladly spend that $24 dollars again. Or was it $25, I can’t remember but it was worth it. My vehicle was sparkling! The rags and glass cleaner being available was a good touch. Now them vacuums. No complaints. The suction was like brand new. Can’t stand clog vacuums.

Been to this Flagship several times. Pros: New car wash, structured line and organized services. Restrooms are clean and you have plenty shade and chairs to relax on. They also have a plenty resources in the self sere areas. Plenty staff. Cons: They seem to be rushing and not getting the details done. I have a third row and it would seem they only clean two rows and forget the back and the in between captains chair. They charge a premium price but do not offer a premium service. I have been to other car wash..several car wash that charge mid $30’s and have received much better wash. These folks are charging mid $40’s for their top tier wash and not providing top tier services..once is fine, but it’s a usual thing here. All young people who probably need training on how to clean a vehicle. Overall, it’s a good carwash for mild dirty or if you plan and getting the package where you can wash 3 times/week. I would use them just for exterior washes, the full service need plenty work and training for the cleaning staff.
